1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Vinelabs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Vinelabs for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. What Vinelabs provides
Vinelabs is an AI-assisted growth marketing platform. It can help users understand a product, develop creative strategies, prepare short-form video concepts, organise content, schedule approved posts, publish through connected social accounts and analyse available performance data.
Some features rely on third-party providers, platform approval or account permissions. Availability may change, and Vinelabs will not represent simulated or unavailable activity as a completed external action.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity authorised through your account and workspace.
- You must promptly disconnect an account or notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You may not access another user's workspace or attempt to bypass security controls.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect TikTok or another supported platform, you authorise Vinelabs to use the permissions shown on that platform's consent screen. Depending on the permissions you approve, Vinelabs may identify the connected account, upload content, publish content you approve or schedule, and retrieve permitted performance information.
You can disconnect a social account from Vinelabs. You can also revoke access directly in the social platform's settings. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies and community guidelines.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content, product information and materials you submit. You grant Vinelabs the limited rights needed to host, process, adapt and transmit that material to provide the service and carry out actions you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded and published material;
- your claims, offers and instructions are accurate and lawful;
- your content complies with advertising law and each destination platform's rules; and
- you review AI-assisted output before approving or publishing it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Vinelabs for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity; to distribute malware or spam; to impersonate another person; to manipulate platform systems; or to publish content that violates a connected platform's policies. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the service.
7. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing product profiles, scripts, creative strategies, schedules and posts before use. Vinelabs does not guarantee audience growth, revenue, reach, engagement or any other marketing result.
8. Plans, trials and payment
Paid features, usage limits, prices, renewal dates and trial status are shown before you purchase and in your billing area. A free trial does not create a hidden charge. Where a paid subscription is available, billing is handled by the named payment provider, and plan changes or cancellation take effect as described during that action.
9. Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Social networks, hosting, AI, video and payment providers operate independently and may restrict, delay or withdraw access. Vinelabs is not responsible for third-party outages, account enforcement decisions or policy changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using Vinelabs at any time. You can disconnect linked social accounts before closing your account. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinelabs is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, Vinelabs will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by third-party platforms or content you approve for publication.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
